this is the first time i got food poisoning, you will probably laugh what is the cause of this poisoning. yes. i ate carl jr meal yesterday night and is a double western bacon cheeseburger combo meal. the feeling of getting food poisoning was unbearable and irritating. i probably wont eat carl jr. again.

i've been working at swimming complex for the past few days, i would say that the the environment is quite good, typical swimming complex and most importantly, the people over there are nice. each day i worked, i'm learning so many new stuff from them. not only the tactics of saving people but also the mangement of life.  ¶ 8:14 AM
