  lifesaving..
yes! i had passed! i had passed e resuscitation test on monday. it was a shivering and a whole new experience for me. intially i thought that i would flunked the test as there were so many rules and stuff to remember. so that day, i was like keep praying and praying on my way to e complex. u must be thinking that i didnt study for e test huh. you're wrong! i got study but burning the midnight oil in the end. praise the lord mann. didnt expected that i'll pass sia. i must thank the invigilator, most lifesaving inviligilators are strict and dont give a damn for you, just give you a big egg when u do a slightly wrong. these invilgilator will joke with us and crap. provided i do the right stuff lar.

today, i had also pass my practical trial test! hah. and it happend on the same day when i'm fasting. so i do the same thingy, pray!  so the coach came at about 6.15pm. we greeted him, and proceeded the first item. non-contact rescue. take off my pants and unbutton my shirt clumpsily. damn me. i feel like killing myself at that time sia. but nevertheless, i pass my timing. phew. but the next item, i'm not feeling well, telling myself to hold on, but went to the toliet to vomit. i was like, omg, there goes my trial test. but God make things possible for me and everyone. went into the battlefield once more, did the expected items as usual. and after the test, realized there are so many stuff and method to learn. so lifesaving cannot play play as i thought it was easy huh.  the coach gave us briefly and told us that we can have our bm test in a month time? in this meantime, we are to train under him. a better and new coach for me.

after  that,  my friend's dad who is in the lifesaving business and is a coach too. pointed us out our mistakes rally. i can say that this two coaches were better that my previous coach. he taught us how to train our arm power and stuff. the first time he told us to do is to swim to and from and 5push-ups. we did that for just three times and we are really VERY exhausted. and he told us that 20laps is the minimum for training and it is just the beginning. damnit sia. there were be a tired and restless darren neo in the future. and he will train us if he is free. so i will be getting two training session on the same day. so there will be double strenuous training from now on.  praise the lord. hahah.
